Instructions: Make a dot on the line to designate how satisfied you are with that aspect of your life. A dot towards the center of the circle indicates dissatisfaction and a dot placed towards the outer edge indicates more satisfaction.

When you have placed a dot on each line, connect the dots. You’ll find areas with less alignment but don’t stress! Perfection doesn’t exist so a perfectly balanced map is not the goal. The purpose of this is to give you a visual representation of areas to focus.
